Description of Services

RenuHealth provides holistic wellness services including:

  • Bioenergetic testing using the Qest4 system

  • Regenerative detox protocols

  • Custom imprint remedies and supplement recommendations

  • Remote and in-person scans

  • Client portal access for managing appointments, intake forms, scan history, and family/dependent accounts

Eligibility and Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or completing intake forms.

Client Portal Use

The client portal at renuhealth.app allows you to:

  • Complete intake forms

  • View scan history and recommendations

  • Schedule and manage scans

  • Communicate with our team

  • Manage family/dependent accounts (with proper authorization)

You agree not to misuse the portal or attempt to access accounts you are not authorized to view.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from RenuHealth related to your care (scan reminders, kit shipping updates, appointment confirmations, billing notifications, etc.). Message frequency varies. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Payments and Billing

Certain services require payment of deposits or fees. All payments are processed securely. Deposits are generally non-refundable once a scan kit has been mailed or a scan has been scheduled, except at our discretion.

RenuHealth provides bioenergetic and holistic wellness support. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Limitation of Liability
